Together with STI, we are awarded a Navy STTR Phase I project (yet another), “Increased Combat Radius of Naval Tactical Aircraft”, that aims to enhance the capability of existing aircraft system via operational optimization, without significant modifications to the hardware. Our contribution will be to develop more accurate aircraft models using our physics-infused reduced-order modeling methodology from the NSF CAREER project.
