Geometry-Informed Reduced-Order Modeling Towards Control Co-Design of Complex Dynamical Systems

Published: Mar 28, 2026 by Daning Huang

On Mar. 28th, Dr. Huang contributed to the Convergence Seminar Series on Technologies for Digital Twins in the Built Environment, organized by the Institute for Computational and Data Sciences.

The series is on problem–method matching:

  • Built Environment researchers will share specific hurdles in their digital twin efforts.
  • Computational researchers will present novel or adaptable techniques that may address these challenges.

We brought our unique perspective on reduced-order modeling as a core solution to the digital twin problem. Slides here.
